Patrick graduated from Saint Francis University with a degree in Exercise Physiology. He has been working with athletes and adults of all skill levels for more than 8 years. Patrick wants to not only help individuals reach their fitness goals, but to make exercise an enjoyable and realistic life-long habit.
Ryan
Ryan is a personal trainer and strength coach with over 10 years of experience helping people build strength, improve performance, and live healthier lives. A 2016 graduate of West York High School, Ryan competed in football and wrestling before continuing his wrestling career at Shippensburg University, where he studied Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, he enjoys golfing, watching sports, and helping coach wrestling at his alma mater, West York High School. Ryan’s passion for fitness is rooted in a lifelong obsession with sports and competition, as well as his own experiences with athletic injuries and long-term family health concerns. Whether working with competitive athletes or individuals looking to improve their overall health, Ryan is committed to helping clients move better, get stronger, and achieve lasting results both inside and outside the gym.
